I'm currently using an old swishmax. But i installed Flash CS3 some time ago. But CS3 is too complicated for me. I'm gonna check out the sites. I hope they can help me.

That's a great list, maybe some people could create a resource list for artists looking to create designs on browser based games and sites where people can go to learn the basics on php/mysql programming to start up their own websites ^^
